Neural Interface Lab goes to New Orleans!!

Dr. Elisa Castagnola and her neural electrode interface technologies lab from Louisiana Tech University will be presenting three separate abstracts at the 39th annual Southern Biomedical Conference Meeting held in New Orleans, LA. The Lab is excited and thankful for this wonderful opportunity to present, learn, and make connections during this conference.


Abstracts include:

  • Unveiling neurotransmitter dynamics: dual detection of serotonin and dopamine on a single microelectrode array at different brain locations- Rabia Fatima

  • Double pattern-transfer photolithographic fabrication of flexible implantable glassy carbon microelectrode arrays for sensing- Emma-Bernadette Faul

  • Novel microfabrication of glassy carbon microelectrode arrays for neural applications- Austin Broussard and Daniel Rivera
